Executive Producer

You are a visionary in the habit of producing games that push the envelope, generating nothing less than shock and awe in his/her dedicated fan base. At KIXEYE, you’ll manage a team of passionate engineers, artists and game support who will look to you to lead them into the next frontier in social games.

What you get to do every day:

• Lead engineers, artists, and all-around game support in the creation of new titles for the social gaming platform
• Take agency over vision and trajectory of the project
• Own quality of user experience
• Hold production teams to the highest standards
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program and Art Leads to produce efficient, fiscally responsible project plan
• Get “hands dirty” by assisting department leads with creative and technical elements as necessary
• Respond quickly to industry trends and user experience to maximize monetization

What you bring to the role:

• BS or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years experience supervising development teams in the video game or internet industry
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Senior Producer
• Able to own the entire development process from software to project to performance
• Experience producing at least two successfully executed titles
• Experience managing teams and meeting project deadlines
• Able to mediate between all departments and personnel
• Incredibly self-motivated and driven
• Language Agnostic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Passion for gaming, especially social gaming and RTS games
